About Our Owner

Brad Dierks has over 25 years of experience in the orthopedic medical device industry, with more than 20 years at a subsidiary of Arthrex. Based in Austin, he started as a technology consultant in the operating room, igniting his passion for innovation and leadership.

As a dedicated leader, Brad focuses on empowering his team to succeed. He served as Vice President of Sales for an Arthrex subsidiary, overseeing operations in South and Central Texas, including Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. After leading a sales force of over 160 employees, he became the Agency Owner for Arthrex in Austin and Central Texas, continuing to support the talented team he has cultivated over the years.
